Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CALL FOR The City Administrator presented a project cost summary for the Arcade ASSESSMENT Street improvement. The Administrator pointed out that the project is HEARING - under the initial budget amount. Street assessment costs are at $57 ARCADE per lineal foot including the soddin~ of boulevard areas. If boulevards STREET had been seeded, those costs would have been over $50 per lineal foot. IMPROVEMENT The City Administrator pointed out the City's assessment rate for street improvements has been capped at $45 per front foot. The Administrator also reviewed costs for some additional driveway work, installation of some additional water services. The assessment rate for sanitary sewer services is $1,372.78 per service, for water services is $736.44, and for water main is $3,19724 per service. The Administrator reported that assessments are proposed to be spread over a 10-year period at an interest rate of 7%.
