NLINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 8, 1997 <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze asked if there would be drawings at the assessment hearing <br />showing the corner, width of driving lanes, and width of walking paths at <br />Arcade Street and Keller Parkway. The Engineer reported that he had <br />some drawings with him this evening that he would show to Council <br />Member Scalze following the meeting. <br />Morelan asked if the residents are all aware of the sod versus seed issue. <br />The City Administrator replied that a notice was hand delivered to the <br />residents on this issue. <br />CHANGE The City Administrator recommended approval of Change Order No. 2 <br />ORDER NO. 2- for the Arcade Street improvement that deletes seeding in favor of <br />ARCADE sodding. The contractor has also indicated that he will not be waivin~ <br />STREET lan~uage with regard to extension of time. <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 97-10-243 - APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. <br />2 FOR THE ARCADE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AS <br />RECOMMENDEI)13Y THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTY'S The City Administrator reviewed the County's policy for leasing County- <br />POLICY FOR owned facilities to wireless telecommunications providers for towers and <br />LEASING antennas. The Administrator noted that this policy is subject to the City's <br />FACILITIES zoning ordinance requirements. <br />TO WIRELESS <br />TELECOMMUNI- Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CATIONS <br />
