Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI. RENEWAL OF The Council reviewed the application of North Suburban Youth PREMISES Association for renewal of their premises permit at the Little Canada PERMIT - Bingo Hall for the license period Apri] 1, 1998 through March 31, NORTH 2O00. SUBURBAN YOUTH Dale Maristuen, President of NSYA, reported that last year this ASSOCIATION organization contributed $122,000 to the community for youth activities. These funds were raised through their charitable gambling activities. Maristuen also reported on NSYA's annual scholarship program which is available to residents in the Roseville and Mounds View School Districts. Maristuen encouraged anyone interested to contact the NSYA office at 638-4600.
