Resolution declared adopted. <br />HISTORICAL The City Administrator reported that RVK Architects has submitted <br />SOCIETY a Construction Management Agreement for the Historical Society <br />ADDITION Addition project. Estimated cost ofthis service is $13,500 on an estimated <br />$225,000 construction budget. The Administrator reported that the <br />proposal is an attempt to control project costs using a modified <br />construction management approach. This process was used in the <br />construction of the Spooner Park shelter and worked well in that <br />application. <br />Fahey pointed out that in addition to the Construction Mana~ement <br />Agreement for the Historical Society project, the Council will also be <br />considerin~ calling for bids for the project and the proposed agreement <br />between the City and the Historical Society for their reimbursement of the <br />City for the cost of the addition. <br />Fahey asked ifthere was anyone from the general public present wishing <br />to comment on this matter.
