HISTORICAL The City Administrator reported that RVK Architects has submitted SOCIETY a Construction Management Agreement for the Historical Society ADDITION Addition project. Estimated cost ofthis service is $13,500 on an estimated $225,000 construction budget. The Administrator reported that the proposal is an attempt to control project costs using a modified construction management approach. This process was used in the construction of the Spooner Park shelter and worked well in that application. Fahey pointed out that in addition to the Construction Mana~ement Agreement for the Historical Society project, the Council will also be considerin~ calling for bids for the project and the proposed agreement between the City and the Historical Society for their reimbursement of the City for the cost of the addition. Fahey asked ifthere was anyone from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. There was not. The City Administrator recommended approval of the Construction Management Services Agreement with RVK Architects subject to review and approval of the City Attorney.
