Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator indicated that he would contact Ramsey County <br />and work with them to refine the streetscape plan for Little Canada Road. <br />Issues of curb cuts both on Little Canada Road and Rice Street need to be <br />addressed 1s wei as the signalized intersection. He will also contact <br />Lakeside Apartments to lddress access issues for this complex to Little <br />Canada Ro1d. <br />The AdminisCrator pointed out that the State is turning over Rice Street to <br />Ramsey County. He noted that he would coordinate Rice Street issues <br />witl~ the State, if necessary. <br />Morelan aslced ifT-Ioisiugton l~ad completed the streetscape plan, noting <br />That he does not recall seeing a final copy. <br />The Administrltor indicated that he would contact Hoisington regarding <br />any refinements which may be necessary, and ensure that the streetscape <br />plan is finalized. <br />DEBT LEVY F2hey reviewed the City Administrator's letter dlted May 21s` outlining <br />REDUCTION need for formation of a Debt Levy Reduction Committee and asking the <br />COMMITTE~ Council to discuss the details involving in forming the committee, such as <br />mal<e-up of the committee, size, what the committee should accomplish. <br />It was noted that an article will be included in the next City newsletter <br />askiug for pa~ticipaYion by property owners. A notice will also be placed <br />on Cable TV. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to wait and see what sort of interest is <br />expressed in tl~is committee before a decision on committee size is made. <br />It was noted that the City is interested in seeing both residential property <br />owners as well as business propeity owners on the committee. <br />
