However, for this year, unless tl~e majority of the <br />Council does not wish to go i'orward with the goose management program, <br />it will proceed. Fahey sfafed that he did not want to wait for a five-year <br />study to be concluded, while in the melntime, residents are <br />inconvenienced and City parks are desecrlted. <br />Chester asked that the City not t11<e all the geese this year. <br />Fahey stated that he tmderstood the depth of feelin~ that Chester has on <br />the issue, and indicated that next year the Council would consider other <br />options. Resolution declared atloptetl. <br />GUERIN The City Attorney submitted for Co~u~cil action a resolution initiating <br />PROPERTY acquisition ofthe Guerin property located 1t 2822/2826 Rice Street as well <br />as a resolution establishingjust compensation for the property based on <br />the appraised value.
