APPI,ICAI3l E I3UII.DING <br />CODES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Mayor Fahey opened the public hearin~ to consider the request ofRandy <br />DiVISION - Urman to divide the property located at 3003 Greenbrier Street into two <br />3003 single-family lots. Both the City Planner and the Plannin~ Commission <br />GREENBRiER have recommended approval ofthis property division.
