MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 14, 1999 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey, LaVatle. Nays (0). Reso(ution declared adopted. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 99-1-11- ACCEPTING FEASII37LITY REPORT AND CALLING AN IMPROVEMENT HEARINC ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY ROAD 73-2 FROM EDGERTON TO ARCADE STREET BY RECYCLED ROADWAY, CONCRETE CUR73 AND GUTTER, AND DRAINAGE IMPRO[~EMENTS ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1999 AT 6:30 P.M. ED NADEAU The City Administrator reported that Ed Nadeau is interested in having PROPERTY the City purchase his property located on Country Drive. The City had previously approached Mr. Nadeau relative to the purchase of the property, however, at that time he was not interested. The Administrator pointed out that the property could be added to other parcels the City has acquired for the purposes of redevelopment. The Administrator indicated that Mr. Nadeau prefers that he be cashed out of the property. However, he is wi(ling to consider a contract-for-deed if the City will not purchase in cash due to TIF District cash flow considerations.
