Scalze suggested that this issue can be <br />re-assessed again in a year. <br />Fahey agreed that the minutes should be mai(ed for the balance of <br />the year and the situation re-evaluated at the end of that time. <br />Scalze stated that she would (ike a better idea of what the cost of <br />stafftime is in mailing minutes. Pedersen suggested that those <br />people receiving mailed minutes should have to make this request <br />on an annual basis. <br />The City Administrator agreed the mailing option should be <br />implemented £or a trial period.
