MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 24, 1999 miscommunicated some things to the P(anning Commission, and requested that he be allowed to take his request back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration. Fahey asked if there was anyone fi•om the general public present wishing to comment on the Carle CUP request. There was not. The City Administrator noted that in order to return this application to the Plannin~ Commission, Mr. Carle will need to waive the City's 60-day review period. That waiver must be in writing. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI,UTION NO. 99-3-62 - CONTINUING THE PU73I.IC HEARING ON THE CARLE CUP APPLICATIUN FOR 3I01 COUNTRY DRIVE SU73.IECT TO THE APPI.ICANT SIGNING A WRITTEN WAIVER OF THE CITY'S 60-DAYREVIEW PERIOD WITHIN TEN DAYS OF TODAY'S DATE, OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WII.L I3E CONSIDERED TO BE DENIED 73ASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS O UTI.INED IN HER REPORT DATED MARCH 18, 1999 The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application submitted HEARING - by U. S. West for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a telecommunications CUP FOR tower, antenna, and ground equipment at 300 Little Canada Road.
