OLD FIRE The City Council reviewed the information relative to the insurance limits HALL - required for rentals of the Old Fire Hall where alcohol is to be served. The INSURANCE City Administrator indicated that the issue is the convenience for people T.IMITS renting the Old Fire Hall versus requiring higher limits to protect the City. The City Administrator pointed out that regardless of the level of insurance limits required by the City, individuals would be free to sue the City for ~vhatever amount they deem appropriate. Fahey indicated that ~iven that the City does not allow rentals of the Old Fire Hall that would involve the sale of alcohol, he feels insurance limits in the amount oF$500,000 are adequate.
