Resolution declared adopted. <br />SUMMER Mayor Fahey requested that the Council's May and June meetings be <br />COUNCIL rescheduled to Tuesday evenings at 7:30 P.M, in order to accommodate <br />MEETINGS his volunteer coaching activities on behalf ofthe City. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOI UTIONNO. 99-4-81-RESCHEDULINGMAYAND JUNE <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS FROM THE SECOND AND FOURTH <br />WEDNE.SDAY'S OF EACH MONTH TO TFIE SECOND AND <br />FOURTH TUESDAY'S OF EACH MONTH <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTY The City Administrator reported that the City's cost relative to the <br />ROAD B-2 County Road B-2 drainage improvements was estimated at $38,950. <br />COST At the time of this cost estimate, the Watershed assumed the County <br />REVISIONS would do the engineering. The County prefers that the Watershed <br />engineer the project, and as a result a revised estimate was done. This <br />estimate results in additional cost to the City of $27,900 for both <br />en~ineering and contingencies. The Administrator reported that it is his <br />goal to reduce that cost. However, the Administrator felt that the <br />engineering of project was more properly done by the Watershed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />REb'OI.UTIONNO. 99-4-82 -APPROVING THE REVISED COST <br />ESTIMATE FOR COUNTYROAD I3-2 DIiAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS OF $66,850 <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
