MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 27, 1999
Pedersen asked if a fill permit has been approved for the site. The
Administrator replied that it has not and that filling of over 100 cubic
yards would require Council approval.
Council looked at an aerial map of the Gordies site to try and determine
whether the relocated court would be any closer to Fluer Royal.
Pedersen pointed out that the fill permit will require Council approval,
therefore, su~gested that the matter be tabled for two weeks pending
submission of a site plan. Fahey indicated that the plan should show
distances to property lines as well as to Fluer Royal.
Morelan stated that he had no problem with the Gordies' request, but
indicated that he wanted to be sure that the residents at Fluer Royal know
what is going on.
Mrs. Strub stated that she would like to see more landscaping added
because moving the boot hockey court further noRh will bring it cioser to
her patio door. Cossack felt that could be worked out.
Pedersen pointed out that boot hockey is played in the winter which will
minimize the impact on adjacent neighbors.
Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RE.SOI.
