Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council reviewed the City Administrator's letter dated May 7'~' <br />outlinin~ the key pointed to be covered in the development agreement <br />between the City and Mr. Biagini for the development of property on <br />Country Drive. <br />The City Administrator recommended that he contact Precision Tree <br />regardin~ the City's purchase of this property. The Administrator <br />recommended that the Council authorize finalization of the development <br />agreement with Mr. Biagini subject to submission of letters of credit and <br />authorize his negotiations with Precision Tree for their property. <br />Mr. Dick Biagini appeared before the Council and reported that he is <br />proposing to construct a 30,000 square foot office building on the Country <br />Drive property south ofNadeau Road. The buildin~ would be brick and <br />wood Frame construction. Appropriate screening from the Condit <br />properties would be provided. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
