MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MAY 25, 1999 Scalze pointed out that there has been debris stored around the back of the building, and asked where this storage will go once the car wash is constructed. Brandl reported that the outdoor storage of these materials will be eliminated. It was noted that there was concern raised at the Planning Commission about traft'ic. The City Planner indicated that the concern was with traffic flow internal to the site. It was pointed out that the car wash would have vehicles coming in on the west side and exiting on the east. These vehicles would then flow to the eastern most access drive to Little Canada Road which is preferable given the layout ofthe Little Canada Road/Centerville Road intersection. Scalze asked if there was any reason to have access to the back of the building. The City Planner replied that typically with a small buildin~ there is not, but suggested that the Fire Off"icials be asked to comment on this issue. Scalze asked if there would be a minimum 50-foot setback to the lake. Brandl replied that there would be. There was no one fi•om the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was closed.
