MINUT~S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 25, 1999 <br />OFADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPTION.S FOR THE <br />PROPERTY <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Scaize. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator informed Mr. Oberman that the City is in the <br />preliminary discussion stages for a water main improvement for this area. <br />However, it may be another year before that improvement would be made. <br />REZONING - Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the rezoning of the Fra-Dor <br />FRA-DOR property located at 3137 Country Drive from PUD to I-2 District. The <br />PROPERTY Planning Commission has recommended approval of the rezoning. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. [ITION NO. 99-5-722 - REZONING THE FRA-DOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3137 COUNTRY DRIVE FROM <br />PLANNED UNIT DE vEI.OPMENT (PUD) TO I-2 DISTXICT AS <br />REQUEb'TED I3Y FR,9NK FRATTAI,ONE <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fahey informed Mr. Frattalone that the City Council will accept Class V <br />surfacing for his outdoor storage area. However, City standards will have <br />to be met with regard to continuous concrete curbing. <br />INTERIM Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Interim Use Permit for <br />USE PERMIT - aggre~;ate materials stockpiling and recycling at 3137 Country Drive, <br />3137 COUNTRY Fra-Dor. Fahey noted that it is staff"s recommendation that action on <br />DRIVE - this permit be tabled until the next Council meeting in order that the <br />FRA-DOR specifics of the Development Agreement can be worked out. <br />
