Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR OPEN Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action on <br />AND OUTDOOR this Conditional Use Permit at the request of the applicant until their next <br />STORAGE - meeting. <br />208 RYAN LANE - <br />METRO Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CLEANING <br />RES07. UTION NO. 99-6-I46 - TA73LING ACTION ON THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE REQUESTED I3YMETRO CI.EANING, 208 RYAN]ANE, <br />PENDING A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PI.ANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR OPEN The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the application for open <br />AND OUTDOOR and outdoor storage of equipment as an accessory use for 3172/3174 Ryan <br />STORAGE - Lane, Carson Sales & Service. The Planning Commission recommended <br />3172/3174 approval of the CiJP subject to compliance with the recommendations of <br />RYAN LANE - the Zoning Administrator. <br />CARLSON <br />SALES & Iris Hunt, Carlson Sales & Service, appeared before the Council and <br />SERVICE indicated that she had no problem meeting the recommendations outlined <br /> by the Zoning Administrator. The curbing they would install would be <br /> temporary in nlture so that it could be removed during the winter months <br /> so as not to interfere with snow removal. <br />The Zonin~ Administrator indicated that Carlson Sales & Service does not <br />want to blacktop their rear parking area. They would like to surface the <br />rear parking lot and the stora~e areawith Class V. <br />io <br />
