MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 22, 1999 <br />Pedersen suggested that a solution may be to allow the outdoor storage for <br />a period of time. Pedersen felt that the property owner needed to have <br />some options. <br />Fahey suggested that the matter be tabled until the July 14'" Council <br />meeting to ~ive staff an opportunity to explore options that would meet <br />both the City's needs and Mr. Buetow's. <br />The City Planner noted that the City has a 60-day time period to review <br />CLIP applications. However, the City can extend that time period for 60 <br />days for further review. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 99-6-148 - TAI3I,ING ACTION ON THE <br />CONDITIONAI. MEETING PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM STAFF AS TO ADDITIONAI. <br />QPTIONS FOR THI.S PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (Oj. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR OPEN Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application for <br />AND OUTDOOR open and outdoor storage of equipment and materials as an accessory <br />STORAGE - 3152 use at 3152 Country Drive as requested by Mr. Bob DeBace. Fahey <br />COUNTRY DR. - noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br />BOB DeBACE of the CUP with the stipulation that the rear parking area need not be <br />blacktopped. <br />ia <br />
