CONDITIONS AT THE 73ACK <br />OF THE PROPERTY <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (0). <br />Nays (5) Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen. Resolution denied. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />DeBace asked if he would be required to pave the entire back area or just <br />the required parking area.
