AS ANY OTHER ISSUES <br />WHICH MAYARISE A,S PART OF THE JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT I3ETWEEN THE CITIES OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS <br />AND I.ITTI,E CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for <br />PETROLEUM Conditional Use Permit to allow open and outdoor storage of construction <br />MAINTENANCE- equipment and machinery as an accessory use at 3172 Spruce Street, <br />3172 SPRUCE Petroleum Maintenance. Fahey noted that the Plannin~ Commission has <br />STRE~T recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br /> compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator. <br />The Zoning Administrator indicated that the existing driveway at <br />Petroleum Maintenance is 48 feet wide. The City Engineer has reviewed <br />the site and is recommending that the driveway width be decreased to 32 <br />feet. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />LaValle asked if the outdoor storage would be limited to the items shown <br />on the site plan. The Zoning Administrator replied that that was correct. <br />Morelan asked about screening to the west. The Zoning Administrator <br />reported that the applicant confirmed with a letter that he has ordered <br />screening materials. These materials will be delivered in three to five <br />weeks. <br />Morelan asked whether or not the slatting in the cyclone fence would be <br />repaired. The Zoning Administrator replied that on going repair ofthe <br />slatting is required by the Code. <br />
