Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP FOR Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for PETROLEUM Conditional Use Permit to allow open and outdoor storage of construction MAINTENANCE- equipment and machinery as an accessory use at 3172 Spruce Street, 3172 SPRUCE Petroleum Maintenance. Fahey noted that the Plannin~ Commission has STRE~T recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit subject to compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator indicated that the existing driveway at Petroleum Maintenance is 48 feet wide. The City Engineer has reviewed the site and is recommending that the driveway width be decreased to 32 feet. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was closed. LaValle asked if the outdoor storage would be limited to the items shown on the site plan. The Zoning Administrator replied that that was correct. Morelan asked about screening to the west. The Zoning Administrator reported that the applicant confirmed with a letter that he has ordered screening materials. These materials will be delivered in three to five weeks. Morelan asked whether or not the slatting in the cyclone fence would be repaired. The Zoning Administrator replied that on going repair ofthe slatting is required by the Code.
