MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JiTLY 28, 1999 Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 99-7-190 - TABLING ACTION ON THE YARIANCE FOR FENCE HEIGHT FOR 78 JESSICA CDURT UNTIL THE AUGUST 25, I999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING IN ORDEft TO GIVE THE CITYSTAFFAN OPPORTUNITY TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL RESEARCH ON THIS MATTER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle, Scalze. Nay (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP FOR Mayor Fahey noted that the application for Conditional Use Permit for 3104 open and outdoor storage for 3104 Edgerton Street had been tabled by EDGERTON - the Council for consideration at this evening's meeting. The Council BUETOW reviewed the City Plannec's repoR dated July 14`h on this matter. It was noted that the applicant, Mr. Robert Buetow, had not received a copy of this report until this evening meeting. Mr. Buetow requested that the Council again table action on his CUP request until he and his attorney have had an opportunity to review the Planner's report in detail, review his recommendations, and determine what is viable for the property. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 99-7-191 - TABLING ACTION ON THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPENAND DUTDOOR STORAGE FOR 3104 EDGERTON STREET UNTIL THE AUGUST II, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING SUBJECT TO THE APPLICANT'S STATED AGREEMENT TO WAIVE ANY TIME LIMITS WHICHMAYAPPLY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
