MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 28, 1999 <br />CONSTRUCTTON <br />RESOL UTION NO. 99-7-192 - TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />COUNTRY OFFICE PARK PRELIMINARY PLAT UNTIL AUGUST <br />25, 1999 AS REQUESTED BY THE APPLICANT, DaVERN <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 99-7-193 - APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*AUTHORIZING THEADVERTIEMENT OFA VACANCY ON THE <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION; <br />*APPROVING PAYREQUEST NO. Z- I999 STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS; <br />'~ACCEPTING WITH REGRETS THE RESIGNATION OF <br />MEREDITHNADEAUAND AUTHORIZING THE <br />ADVERTISEMENT OF THE VACANCY; <br />*ACCEPTING THE I999 SEALCOATING BID AS RECOMMENDED <br />BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey commented that Merri Nadeau has been an exemplary <br />employee for the City and wished her luck in her new career. The Council <br />concurred with Fahey's comments. <br />RYAN The Council reviewed the Zoning Administrator's report dated 7uly 22nd <br />INDUS7'RIAL relative to pazking requirements in Ryan Industrial Park specifically as <br />PARK - were required by the 1964 Zoning Code. <br />PARHING <br />REQUIREMENTS Scalze pointed out that there are many requirements as part of the 1964 <br /> Zoning Code, i.e., driveway minimum widths, loading requirements for <br />
