OF THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRECISION The City Administrator reported that Precision Tree has accepted the <br />TREE City's offer of $185,368 plus relocation costs for the purchase oftheir <br />PROPERTY property. However, there are still a couple of issues to resolve before <br />ACQUISITION they are prepared to execute the purchase agreement. Given that their <br />attorney is out of town for a couple of days, Precision Tree will await his <br />return before signing the agreement. Therefore, the City Administrator <br />recommended that the offer of just compensation be made to the Precision <br />Tree property owners at this time and mailed next week if the purchase <br />agreement is not si~ned. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION N0. 99-9-239 - APPROVING THE OFFER OF JUST <br />COMPEN.SATION FOR THE PRECISION TREE PROPERTYAND <br />INSTRUCTING THE CITYADMINISTRATOR TO MAIL THE <br />APPROPRIATE LETTER TO PRECISION TREE 73Y SEPTEM73ER <br />17, 1999 IF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT IS NOT SIGNED BY <br />THAT TIME, AND IF IT IS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT ON I3EHAI.F OF THE CITYAFTER REVIEW AND <br />APPROVAL 73Y THE CITYATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TWIN LAKE The City Administrator reviewed the proposed development agreement <br />PINES for the Twin Lake Pines plat, and reported that the developer, Len Pratt, <br />DEVELOPMENT is in agreement with it as drafted. <br />
