MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 13,1999 Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CITY Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ADMINIS- TRATOR'S RESOLUTION NO. 99-IO-l8l - CHANGING THE NOVEMBER PERFORMANCE 24, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING TO TUESDAY, EVALUATION NOVEMBER 23, 1999 AT 7:30 P.M., AND CALLING A WORKSHOP MEETING TO CONDUCT THE CITYADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 1999 AT 6 P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CALL FOR Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BUDGET WORKSHOP RESOLUTION NO. 99-10-182 - CALLING FOR A BUDGET M~ETING WORKSHOP MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 1999 AT 6 P.M. TWIN LAKE Mr. LaValte introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: PINES - REQUEST RESOLUTION NO. 99-ZO-183 - APPROVING A 28-FOOT WIDE FOR 28-FOOT ROAD FOR THE TWIN LAKE PINES PLAT AS REQIIESTED BY W IDE ROAD MR. LEN PRATT AND AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. COUNTRYSIDE The City Administrator presented the Council with deeds conveying TERRACE the Nadeau and Fasciana properties to RAB, L.L.C. for the development OFFICE of Countryside Terrace Office Park. The Rudy and Gregory properties PARK will be conveyed in the future as will the Precision Tree property once the City closes on it. The Administrator reported that this will allow the developer to obtain a mortgage on the property for the development of the 11
