MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 20, 1999 <br />The City Administrator indicated that that information was an example, <br />and asked Mr. Brausen to bring the information in so he could review it. <br />There were no further comments by the ~eneral public present on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion be Morelan, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was <br />ciosed. <br />The City Administrator recommended that the assessment roll be amended <br />to reflect the L'Allier property assessment more clearly. He noted the <br />potential for the development deferra( of $2,945.25 for street assessment <br />and $4,935.00 for watermain. Without the deferral, total assessment to the <br />L'Allier property would be $18,440.25. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTION NO. 99-10-192 -AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 98-21, VIKING DRI-~E, AS <br />RECOMMENDED 73Y THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, Scalze, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey asked if there are any written objections to be submitted. <br />There were none. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOL UTION NO. 99-IO-193 - APPROVINC AND ADOPTING THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLI. A.S AMENDED FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 98- <br />21, VIKINGDRIVEFROMMCMENEMYROADTOEDGERTONI3Y <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTION, CONCRETE CUR73 AND GUTTER, <br />CONCRETE DRIVEWAYAPRON.S, WATER MAIN, AND STORM <br />SEWER AT AN INTERE.ST RATE OF SEVEN PERCENT OVER A <br />TEN YEAR PERIOD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Morelan. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
