MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1999 <br />Morelan asked if the roads in Ryan Industrial Park were posted with <br />weight restrictions in the spring. It was noted that school buses are <br />exempt from weight restrictions. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearin~ was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTION NO. 99-11-224 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR 3I64 RYANLANE FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT AS AN ACCESSORY USE AS <br />REQDESTED ]3YMR. LEE ROSSOW SUI3JECT TO COMPI,IANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PI,ANNING <br />COMMISSION AND THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, SIII3JECT <br />TO SUBMISSION OF A SATISFACTORY SITE PI.AN FOR THE <br />PROPERTYSHOWINGALL REQUIRED PARKINGSPACES, AND <br />SU73JECT TO COMMON OWNERSHIP OF 3164 RYAN LANE AND <br />194-I96 RYAN I,ANE 73EING MAINTAINED <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearin~; to consider the application for <br />3175 RYAN LANE -Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor stora~e of equipment and <br />LEE ROSSOW materials as an accessory use at 3175 Ryan Lane as requested by Mr. Lee <br />Rossow. Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the CUP. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Rossow reported that he uses the building on this property as a special <br />projects building. Modifications are made to equipment to make it <br />handicapped accessible. Bus repair work is done from this building.
