MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 10, 1999 Morelan asked if the roads in Ryan Industrial Park were posted with weight restrictions in the spring. It was noted that school buses are exempt from weight restrictions. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearin~ was closed. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI,UTION NO. 99-11-224 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 3I64 RYANLANE FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT AS AN ACCESSORY USE AS REQDESTED ]3YMR. LEE ROSSOW SUI3JECT TO COMPI,IANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PI,ANNING COMMISSION AND THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, SIII3JECT TO SUBMISSION OF A SATISFACTORY SITE PI.AN FOR THE PROPERTYSHOWINGALL REQUIRED PARKINGSPACES, AND SU73JECT TO COMMON OWNERSHIP OF 3164 RYAN LANE AND 194-I96 RYAN I,ANE 73EING MAINTAINED The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearin~; to consider the application for 3175 RYAN LANE -Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor stora~e of equipment and LEE ROSSOW materials as an accessory use at 3175 Ryan Lane as requested by Mr. Lee Rossow. Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the CUP. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Rossow reported that he uses the building on this property as a special projects building. Modifications are made to equipment to make it handicapped accessible. Bus repair work is done from this building. Mr. Rossow reported that with the 120 buses he operates each day, he is
