AMEND Fahey opened the public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Code PUBLIC allowing outdoor storage of wood chips as an interim use in the Public (P) DISTRICT District. The Planning Commission has recommended approval of this amendment subject to the amendment to Item 8 designating the City Council as the entity to determine whether a site becomes a nuisance. There was no one from the general public present wishin~ to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Pedersen, the public hearing was closed.
