1VIINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 15, 1999 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTION NO. 99-I2-256 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br />THE MUELI.ER PROPERTY ON COUNTY ROAD 13 FROM <br />]3USINESS WAREHOU.SING (BI~ TO GENERAI. ]3USINESS (13-3) <br />SUI3JECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PI.ANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for <br />180 RYAN Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage of materials and <br />DRIVE - construction equipment at 180 Ryan Drive as requested by Elfering <br />ELFERING Bros. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the CUP <br />BROS. subject to compliance with the recommendations of the Zoning <br /> Administrator. <br />Morelan questioned the 7une 30, 2000 deadline. The Zoning <br />Administrator pointed out that this is a new business that will be locating <br />in Ryan Industrial Park. The business owners approached the City to <br />determine Yhe City's requirements before establishing their business in the <br />Park. These requirements have been relayed to Elfering Bros. and they <br />have agreed to comply by the 7une 30, 2000 deadline. <br />Mr. Kyle Elfering appeared before the Council and reported that he has <br />reviewed the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator and will <br />comply with those recommendations. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 99-12-257-APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />U.SE PERMIT FOR OPENAND OUTDOOR STORACE OF <br />MATERIAI,S AND CON.STRUCTION E~UIPMENT AT 180 RYAN <br />I)RIVE AS REQUE.STED I3YEI.FERING 73ROS.
