<br />Ramsey County | Multi-Jurisdiction Hazard Mitigation Plan 22 <br />2.6 Community Services and Infrastructure <br />The following section offers an overview of community services and infrastructure in Ramsey County. <br />Community services include essential functions such as healthcare, public safety, and emergency <br />services. In terms of infrastructure, examples include the county's power utilities, water and sewer <br />systems, and its transportation network, which supports both public and private transit options. <br />2.6.1 HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS <br />Ramsey County has a robust healthcare system with a variety of providers, including major hospitals like <br />Regions Hospital, United Hospital, and M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital. These facilities offer <br />services ranging from emergency care and surgery to mental health and specialized treatments. In <br />addition to large healthcare networks like HealthPartners and Allina Health, there are numerous clinics <br />providing primary and specialty care.
