<br /> <br /> <br />TASK 2: PREFERRED CONCEPT DESIGN <br />The Bolton & Menk team will work with the architect to review comments provided by City staff and the <br />TAC stakeholders to prepare a preferred concept plan. One (1) 2-D rendered plan graphic will be <br />developed, in addition to one (1) updated preliminary opinion of cost and one (1) 3D perspective <br />rendering that highlights the indoor/outdoor relationship of the preferred concept. <br /> <br />Task 2 Meetings: <br />+ In-Person Attendance at one (1) TAC Meeting on September 3, 2025 <br />+ Attend two (2) virtual coordination meetings with city staff and project architect to review the <br />preferred concept and prepare for a joint presentation to City Council and the TAC <br /> <br />Task 2 Deliverables: <br />+ One (1) 2D preferred concept plan graphic <br />+ One (1) 3D perspective rendering <br />+ One (1) preliminary project cost opinion for the preferred concept rounded to the nearest <br />$50,000 <br /> <br /> <br />TASK 3: APPROVALS + FINAL REPORT MATERIALS <br />Subtask 3.1 Present Preferred Concept Plan <br />The Bolton & Menk team will co-present the preferred concept plan, cost opinion, and perspective <br />rendering with the project architect at a joint City Council/ TAC Meeting. <br /> <br />Subtask 3.2 Final Report Materials <br />We will provide materials and supportive text for materials presented in Subtask 3.1 for inclusion in the <br />final report (compiled by others). <br /> <br />Task 3 Meetings: <br />+ Attend one (1) in-person TAC/City Council meeting <br /> <br />Task 3 Deliverables: <br />+ Supportive text for inclusion in the final report (by others) for Council approval <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />FEE AND TERMS OF PROPOSAL <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />The anticipated schedule for this project is 9 weeks, with Council approval occurring on October 2, 2025. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />This scope of work will be completed and invoiced monthly at Standard Hourly Rates with an hourly not <br />to exceed fee of $15,000
