MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2009 overlay costs for Westwind and Windrow Drives. The property owners along those streets were notified early on about the increase due to the need for a more extensive project. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-9-224 -DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OFASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 2009 IMPROVEMENTS: DEMONTAVENUE (RICE STREET TO CANABURYDR.) DESOTO STREET (LABORS TO ALLEN) & COSTA LANE WESTWIND DRIVE & WINDROW DRIVE VALENTO LANE (ALLENAVENUE TO LABORS ROAD) ELI ROAD & DESOTO STREET (ELI TO LABORS ROAD) THUNDER BAYROAD LAKESIDE COURT BROOKSAVENUE (ARKWRIGHT TO END) &ARKWRIGHT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis.
