MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 14, 2009 Canabury Square as well as the disbursement of bond proceeds as the project moves along. The Administrator presented both agreements for the Council's review. McGraw asked what happens if there are excess bond proceeds. The Administrator reported that if the Canabury Square project comes in under budget, the excess funds would go to their Association for their Reserve Fund. Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-10-23~-APPROVING THE CANABURY SQUARE HIA DISBURSING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-10-238 -APPROVING THE CANABURY SQUARE HIA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 'The Administrator noted that these agreements have not been reviewed by Canabury Square at this time. Blesener recommended that Canabury Square enter into these agreements prior to the November 9°i bond sale date. APPRAISAL The City Administrator noted that one of the potential sites for a new OF KOSEVILLE Public Works garage is the Roseville Plumbing property. The owner PLUMBING has indicated his interest in selling and has had the property appraised. PROPERTY The Administrator indicated that the City Attorney is recommending that the City obtain its own appraisal prior to commencing negotiations for the site. He has recommended two appraisal firms, and the Administrator noted the low quote from Dwight Dahlen at $3,200 with the appraisal to be completed within three weeks.
