The Administrator presented both agreements for <br /> the Council's review. <br /> McGraw asked what happens if there are excess bond proceeds. The <br /> Administrator reported that if the Canabury Square project comes in under <br /> budget, the excess funds would go to their Association for their Reserve <br /> Fund. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2009-10-23~-APPROVING THE CANABURY <br /> SQUARE HIA DISBURSING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-10-238 -APPROVING THE CANABURY <br /> SQUARE HIA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> 'The Administrator noted that these agreements have not been reviewed by <br /> Canabury Square at this time. Blesener recommended that Canabury <br /> Square enter into these agreements prior to the November 9°i bond sale <br /> date. <br /> APPRAISAL The City Administrator noted that one of the potential sites for a new <br /> OF KOSEVILLE Public Works garage is the Roseville Plumbing property. The owner <br /> PLUMBING has indicated his interest in selling and has had the property appraised. <br /> PROPERTY The Administrator indicated that the City Attorney is recommending that <br /> the City obtain its own appraisal prior to commencing negotiations for the <br /> site. He has recommended two appraisal firms, and the Administrator <br /> noted the low quote from Dwight Dahlen at $3,200 with the appraisal to <br /> be completed within three weeks. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> 12 <br /> <br />
