The second floor is accessory space that will be used for <br /> storage or could be livable space if the structure is attached to the house. <br /> Hall asked if the garage will match the existing house. Schwietz indicated <br /> that he is proposing a structure that would work with either the existing <br /> house or a new house, once constructed. Knudsen commented that the <br /> design of the new house will likely start from the garage being proposed. <br /> Schwietz agreed. <br /> Pechmann asked about the status of the prior approval that was granted. <br /> The City Planner indicated that any CUP approval granted this evening <br /> will supersede the previous CUP. It should be noted that CUPS must be <br /> acted on within 12 months or the approval lapses. <br /> Pechmann recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow <br /> the replacement of an existing garage with a new garage consisting of up <br /> to 1,500 square feet in size at 620 Keller Parkway, David Schwietz, <br /> subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br /> outlined in his report dated March 31, 2010. <br /> Motion seconded by Duray. <br /> Motion carried 7 - 0. <br /> COMPRE- The City Planner indicated that the building at 80 Little Canada Road <br /> HIJNSIVI; is amulti-tenant commercial property located east of Round Lake and <br /> SIGN PLAN - is owned by Little Canada Properties LLC. The Planner reported that <br /> 80 LITTLT; the owner is seeking approval of a Comprehensive Sign Plan for tenant <br /> CANADA signage along Little Canada Road. The building has frontage on both <br /> ROAD - Little Canada Road and Jackson Street, therefore, is allowed signage <br /> LC on both street frontages. The Planner indicated that based on City Code <br /> PROPERTITJS and utilizing the two street frontages, a total of approximately 550 square <br /> feet of signage would be allowed. The property owner is proposing 400 <br /> square feet of signage along Little Canada Road, but has proposed no <br /> signage along Jackson Street. The Planner indicated that the property <br /> owner may want to include the Jackson Street frontage into <br /> Comprehensive Sign Plan at this time. However, if not, an amendment to <br /> the Comprehensive Sign Plan would have to be processed to add the <br /> Jackson Street signage in the future. <br /> The City Clerk reported that the property owner has installed on of the <br /> proposed signs today, that being for the Press Gym.
