Resolution declared adopted. <br /> INTERFUND The City Administrator indicated that in addition to the Reimbursement <br /> LOAN Resolution just approved for 2010 Improvements, there is an Interfund <br /> RESOLUTION- Loan resolution he is recommending for Council approval. While an <br /> 2010 Interfund Loan may not be needed, it will provide the City with flexibility <br /> IMPROVEMENTS if it is needed, and allow a loan from the Wafer & Sewer Capital <br /> Replacement Account before the City issues debt to finance the <br /> improvement costs. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-4-89 -APPROVING THE TERMS OF THE <br /> INTERNAL LOAN IN CONNECTION WITH 2010 MUNICIPAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0).
