Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-5-124 -ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 693 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENCIX `C', ELECTRIC <br /> FRANCHISE FEE SCHEDULE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ENVIRON- The City Administrator reported that in completing the purchase of the <br /> MENTAL Roseville Plumbing property, he is recommending that the City do soil <br /> TESTING - testing of the site. The Administrator reported that he is not <br /> ROSEVILLE recommending a Phase I study given that there was no development of <br /> PLUMBING the site prior to 1970 and the City has checked the PCA records. The <br /> PROPERTY Administrator indicated that the soil borings would be done in the areas of <br /> the existing tanks, and tanks which have been removed. There will be <br /> additional borings done on the hillside to make sure that this was not a <br /> dump site. The borings will also be helpful from a geotechnical <br /> standpoint for future design of a building. A total often borings are <br /> proposed. The City Administrator estimated the cost at $6,500, but <br /> cautioned that there could be some other factors that impact the price. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-5-125 -AUTHORIZING <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING AT 167 SOUTH OWASSO <br /> BOULEVARD EAST AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S POTENTIAL <br /> PURCHASE OF THIS PROPERTY <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
