MINUTES

CITY COUNCIL

MAY 12, 2010
Mulaney repoi•ced that there is room in the designated outdoor storage area
for eight semi-trailers without causing internal site conflicts.
Keis noted that he has observed on-site parking occurring very close to the
street. Mulaney reported that drivers drop off their paperwork at the end
of the work day and then leave the site. This occurs Monday through
Friday, and not on weekends. The City Planner indicated that this would
be allowable as long as the fire lane is not blocked.
There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on
this matter.
Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was
closed.
Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2010-5-129 -APPROVING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE OF EIGHT SEMI-
TRAILERSAS REQUESTED BY 3020 CENTERVILLE ROAD, LLC
SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS
OF THE CITY PLANNER AS O UTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED
MAY 7, 2010, THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FIRE
MARSHAL AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED MAY 19, 2010,
AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis.
Ayes (4).
Nays (0).
