<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JUNK 9, 201.0 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-143 -ACCEPTING THE HIMMELBACH <br /> UTILITY EASEMENT AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR <br /> fhe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ASSUMPTION "nc~ City Administrator reported that Hardrives has taken over "rower <br /> OF CONTRACT- Asphalt, the eonlr•actor on the City's 2009 and 2010 reconstruction <br /> HARDRIVES projects. As such, the City Administrator recommended that the Council <br /> acknowledge the assumption of these contracts by Hardrives. The <br /> Administrator reported that Hardrives is a large and reputable contractor. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution aind moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-6-144 -ACKNOWLEDGING ASSUMPTION <br /> OF THE TOWER ASPHALT CONTRACTS WITH THE CITY OF <br /> LITTLE CANADA BY IIARDRIVES <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (U). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> FUND The City Administrator reported that the Finance Director recently <br /> TRANSERS recommended fund transfers for approval by the Council. Given the wrap- <br /> up of the City's 2009 Audit, the Director is requesting some modifications <br /> to those recent fund transfers. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-145 -APPROVING FUND TRANSFERS <br /> AS RECOMMENDED BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ROUND The City Administrator reported that the Watershed District is preparing <br /> LAKU a packet of information relative to the blue-green algae problem on Round <br /> Lake which will be mailed to abutting property owners. The algae can <br /> pose health problems for people swimming in tlne lake (which is not likely <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
