Rossow reported <br /> that Auto Rescue leases a portion of the building in conjunction with their <br /> outdoor storage. "I"he IUP for off site outdoor storage applied to Quality <br /> Construction. McGraw asked about Minnehaha Transport. Rossow <br /> replied that they are uo longer a tenant on the property. <br /> There was no one present wishing to comment further on this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-8-192 -APPROVING THE RE-ISSUANCE <br /> OFAN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR <br /> OFF-SITE RESIDENT TENANT (QUALITY CONTRACTING) FOR <br /> A FIVE YEAR TERMAS REQUESTED BYLEE ROSSOW FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3164 RYAN LANE SUBJECT TO <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br /> INITIAL IUP PERMIT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> AMEND PUD Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for an <br /> PERMIT - Amendment to PUD Permit to include residential rental occupancy of an <br /> 2968 RICE existing house as well as commercial rental occupancy ofout-buildings at <br /> STREET - 2968 Rice Street as requested by Marilyn Montreux. The Planning <br /> TROBEC/ Commission's vote to recommend approval was a 50/50 split. Blesener <br /> MONTREUX acknowledged a letter received from the adjaoent property owner asking <br /> the Council to deny the request. <br /> The City Planner reported that the property is located in a PUD Zoning <br /> District. He described the property in general, noting that it is a long, <br /> narrow parcel abutting Rice Street. 'There is asingle-family style home <br /> with a garage toward the front of the parcel with a storage building in the <br /> rear. The properly was used as asingle-family home for many years, but <br /> that use was discontinued a number of years ago. The current occupant of <br /> the property is an auto hobbyist. The City Council approved a PUD <br /> Permit for that use, and the Planner indicated that the applicant indicated <br /> at the Planning Commission meeting that the auto hobbyist still occupies <br /> the property. <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
