Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-9-209 -APPROVING THE DEER <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE SCULLEY PROPERTYAS WELL <br /> AS THE MEMKE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH AS PRESENTED BY <br /> THE CITYADMINISTRATOR WITH THE STIPULATION THAT <br /> THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DEER THAT CAN BE TAKEN IS 50 <br /> AND APPROVING A BOWHUNTING PERMIT FOR THE SCULLEY <br /> HUNT TEAM SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br /> CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN THE DEER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> John Sculley indicated that his neighbor, Greg Memke is out-of--town and <br /> could not be present for this evening's meeting. Sculley indicated that he <br /> could not authorize hunting by the MBRB on the Memke property. The <br /> City Administrator indicated that Mr. Memke will need to sign a waiver <br /> form and noted that authorization for Mr. Memke to hunt with the Sculley <br /> team will be subject to the same conditions that the Sculley Family if his <br /> property is to be included in the hunt area. <br /> LOAN "hhe City Administrator reported that the City Attorney is reviewing <br /> AGREEMENT loan documents relative to the Graba Properties, LLC loan and title work <br /> APPROVAL - is just being completed. As a result, action on the loan agreement is <br /> GRABA premature at this time. The City Administrator reported that these final <br /> PROPERTIES reviews should be completed by Friday, and he recommended that the <br /> LLC Council call a special meeting for Friday, September ] 0°i, to act on the <br /> loan agreement. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-9-210 - CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING <br /> FOR FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2010, AT 3:00 P.M.
