MINUTES <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> SEPTEMBER 9, 2010 <br /> AMEND Mr. Dave Holm, owner of 53 Woodlynn Avenue, appeared before the <br /> CUP- Commission requesting an Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit <br /> 53 WOODLYNN to allow outdoor storage up to the maximum allowed by Code. Holm <br /> AVENUE - reported that the previous CUP was very specific. They now have new <br /> HOLM renters on the property, and the terms of the existing CUP do not provide <br /> COMMERCIAL for the storage needed by this renter, Atlas Movers. <br /> PROPERTIES <br /> The City Planner indicated that the only issue with the original CUP <br /> granted is that it was for shipping containers. The occupancy of the site <br /> by another tenant is not consistent with this original CUP. The City <br /> Planner reported that the Code Enforcement Officer has reviewed the <br /> proposal and is recommending that the CUP be expanded to allow outdoor <br /> storage on the site to the maximum allowed by Code. <br /> Everson asked if the trucks and trailers being stored by Atlas Moving had <br /> anything stored inside of them. Holm replied that to his knowledge the <br /> trucks and trailers are empty and he pointed out that the trucks and riā€¢ailers <br /> are moved in and out of the site. <br /> The City Plamler noted that the Code Enforcement Officer has reviewed <br /> the requested CUP amendment and is recommending approval subject of <br /> outdoor storage to the maximum allowed by Code subject to compliance <br /> with all I-I outdoor storage requirements. <br /> There was discussion about screening requirements, and the consensus <br /> that screening must be compliant with the Code. <br /> Knudsen recommended approval of the Amendment to Conditional Use <br /> Permit to allow outdoor storage up to the maximum allowed by Code for <br /> 53 Woodlynn Avenue, Holm Commercial Properties, subject to <br /> compliance with the recommendations outlined in the Code Enforcement <br /> Officer's report dated September 1, 2010. <br /> Motion seconded by Everson. <br /> Motion catried 7 - 0. <br /> AMEND CUP & Dave Holm, DK Holm Properties, appeared before the Commission <br /> REISSUANCE requesting an Amendment to a Conditional Ilse permit to allow <br /> <br /> ' OF IUP - outdoor storage for bui]ding tenants as well as the Re-issuance of an <br /> 70 WOODLYNN Interim Use Permit for off site tenants for up to five years at 70 <br /> AVENUE - Woodlynn Avenue, DK Holm Properties. Holm reported that his <br /> DK HOLM company had been renting outdoor storage space on this site from the <br /> -7- <br /> <br />
