<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> SEPTEMBER 20, 201.0 <br /> There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br /> comment on this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was closed. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-9-224 -APPROVING ANAMENDMENT <br /> TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTDOOR <br /> STORAGE UP TO THE MAXIMUMALLOWED BY CODE FOR 53 <br /> WOODLYNNAVENUE, HOLM COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES <br /> SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE ENFORCEMENT <br /> OFFICER'S RECOMMENDATIONS OUTLINED IN HER REPORT <br /> DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> AMEND CUP & Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request of Dave Hohn, <br /> REISSUE IUP - DK Holm Properties, for an Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to <br /> 70 WOODLYNN - allow outdoor storage for building tenants as well as the Re-issuance of <br /> DAVE HOLM an Interim Use Permit for off-site resident tenants for up to five years on <br /> his property located at 70 Woodlynn Avenue. It was noted that the <br /> Planning Commission recommended approval of the CUP and IUP subject <br /> to compliance with the recommendations outlined in the Code <br /> Enforcement Officers September 1, 2010 report and subject to Mr. Bohn <br /> providing adequate screening. <br /> The City Planner indicated that Dave Holm, DK Holm Properties, has <br /> requested the re-issuance of the Interim Use Permit that he had at 70 <br /> Woodlynn for outdoor storage by off-site resident tenants. The Planner <br /> noted that the City Council approved aone-year IIJP, and has now <br /> increased the maximmn time for these permits to five years. Mr. Holm is <br /> also requesting that the CUP on this property for outdoor storage be <br /> amended to include some additional outdoor storage area. The Planner <br /> noted that the Code Enforcement Officer has reviewed the proposal and <br /> finds it to be in order subject to compliance with the recommendations <br /> from the original approvals which occurred on July 23, 2009. The Code <br /> Enforcement Officer is also recommending that required landscaping be <br /> completed this fall. <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
