Neujahr <br /> replied that there were not. He indicated that nothing has changed on the <br /> site in the past 10 years, and he anticipated no future changes. Fischer <br /> asked if parking met Code requirements. Neujahr reported that he has had <br /> the parking area striped and there are 12 parking spots provided. The City <br /> Plamier reported that this is adequate for the site. <br /> The City Planner suggested that the applicant contact the Code <br /> Enforcement Officer directly to discuss the updated site plan That is <br /> required. <br /> Fischer recommended approval of an Amendment to a Conditional Use <br /> Permit for outdoor storage up to the maximum allowed by Code for 3171 <br /> Spruce Street, Neu Properties, subject to compliance with the <br /> recommendations of the Code Enforcement Officer outlined in her report <br /> dated October 6, 2010. <br /> Motion seconded by I-Tall. <br /> Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> CUP - The City planner reported that Gary and Nancy Andert are requesting a <br /> 2829 NOEL Conditional Use Permit for total garage space over 1,000 square feet. <br /> DRIVE - They have an existing detached garage of approximately 960 square feet <br /> ANDERT and are proposing ati addition to their house with an attached garage of <br /> approximately 484 square feet. The property is located at 2829 Noel <br /> Drive. <br /> The City Planner reviewed his report dated October 7, 2010. He indicated <br /> that the Zoning Ordinance requires that when total garage space is more <br /> than 1,000 square feet, any detached garage caimot occupy more than ] 0% <br /> of the rear yard. As proposed, the resulting rear yard would be <br /> approximately 8,800 square feet, and the Code would require a rear yard <br /> of 9,600 square feet to meet this 10% threshold. The rear building line of <br /> the home would have to be relocated approximately 8 feet closer to Noel <br /> Drive to meet the Zoning Code requirements. The Planner indicated that <br /> this could be accomplished and the minimum fiā€¢ont yard setback still <br /> maintained. <br /> Gary Andert reported that it would not be possible to move the <br /> construction closer to Noel Drive.
