The street suffers from minor wheel track rutting, normal <br />cracking, and spauling and raveling of the pavement. The street has <br />deteriorated, but is in relatively good condition given its age. The concrete curb <br />and gutter is also in good condition, but as mentioned above is very aggressive <br />for surmountable curb. To protect the street from more advanced base <br />deterioration a surface rehabilitation in the form of milling and overlaying is <br />necessary. All abutting properties are served with sanitary sewer and water and <br />an existing storm sewer system serves the street. <br />C. ONTARIO ROAD <br />Ontario Road from County Road D south to the cul -de -sac is approximately a 30- <br />foot wide bituminous road with concrete curb and gutter. The total length of the <br />road is approximately 370 -feet. The estimated Pavement Management rating for <br />this road is 62 out of 100. The street suffers from wheel track rutting, extensive <br />cracking with some areas of severe edge cracking and alligator cracking. The <br />street has deteriorated, but is currently not in need of a full reconstruction as the <br />concrete curb and gutter remains in relatively good condition. To protect the <br />street from more advanced base deterioration a surface rehabilitation in the form <br />of full depth milling and repaving is necessary. All abutting properties are served <br />with sanitary sewer and water. The entire roadway drains to the north and into <br />the County Road D rural ditch. A centerline culvert does cross under Ontario <br />Road. <br />D. JESSICA COURT <br />Jessica Court from County Road C north to the cul -de -sac is approximately a 30- <br />foot wide bituminous road with concrete curb and gutter. The total length of the <br />road is approximately 570 -feet. The estimated Pavement Management rating for <br />this road is 66 out of 100. The street suffers from normal cracking, settling, and <br />minor rutting. The bituminous is also separating from the concrete curb along <br />nearly the entire length of the street allowing for water migration into the <br />subgrade. The street has deteriorated, but is currently not in need of a full <br />reconstruction as the concrete curb and gutter remains in relatively good <br />condition. To protect the street from more advanced base deterioration a surface <br />rehabilitation in the form of milling and overlaying is necessary. <br />Sanitary sewer and water service are provided to all properties along the street. <br />A storm sewer system conveys storm water north to a collection system that <br />discharges to Round Lake. <br />E. PAYNE AVENUE <br />Payne Avenue from LaBore Road to County Road D is approximately a 30 -foot <br />wide bituminous road with concrete curb and gutter. This 30 -foot cross section is <br />modified at the Xcel powerlines where the northbound and southbound lanes are <br />divided around an existing power transmission line tower through the use of a <br />curbed median island. The total length of the road is approximately 3,075 -feet <br />and it lies within varying width of right -of -way. <br />8 <br />
