MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 26, 2011 <br />RESCHEDULE <br />MARCH 9, <br />2011 <br />COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />*RATIFYING THE FINAL 2011 BUDGET DOCUMENT AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />It was noted that two Council Members have requested that the March <br />9, 2011 Council meeting be rescheduled to Monday, March 7, 2011. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -30 RESCHEDULING THE MARCH 9, <br />2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING TO MONDAY, MARCH 7, <br />2011 AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />JOINT It was noted that the Parks Recreation Commission has requested a <br />WORKSHOP joint workshop meeting with the City Council. <br />WITH <br />PARKS Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RECREATION <br />COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -31— CALLINGA JOINT WORKSHOP <br />MEETING WITH THE CITY COUNCIL FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />FEBRUARY 23, 2011 AT 6:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY PLANNER The City Administrator reported that a Special Meeting was held <br />INTERVIEWS on Monday, February 24, 2011 at which planning firms were interviewed <br />for City planning consulting services. In response to the City's Request <br />for Proposals for planning services, 12 proposals were received. Of those, <br />4 firms were interviewed, including the City's current planning firm. The <br />interviews were conducted by the City Council and the Planning <br />Commission. At the conclusion of the interviews, two finalists were <br />chosen, the City's current planner, Northwest Associated Consultants <br />11 <br />
