MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 23, 2011 <br />the Fire Code issues with the Fire Marshal. The Administrator indicated <br />that there are likely a number of options for Fire Code compliance. <br />Kromroy reported that he is meeting with an architect tomorrow. The <br />architect will evaluate the amount of office space and warehouse space as <br />well as evaluate the Fire Code to ensure proper fire exiting. A plan will <br />then be submitted to the Building Official and Fire Marshal. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Boss, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -2 -47— APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT <br />OF OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA FROM 4,000 SQUARE FEET TO A <br />TOTAL OF 6,000 SQUARE FEET FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2958 YORKTON BLVD, AMR PROPERTIES, SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 4, <br />2011 AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FIRE MARSHAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -2 -48 APPROVING A VARIANCE TO <br />ALLOW AN EXPANDED OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA IN THE <br />SIDE YARD OF 2958 YORKTON BLVD., AMR PROPERTIES, <br />BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT AS OUTLINED IN THE <br />CITY PLANNER'S REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2011 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />3 <br />
