MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 2011 <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3165 SPRUCE STREET SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED APRIL 7, 2011 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-4-84 — APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM <br />THE SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENT IN AN I -1 DISTRICT, <br />ALLOWING A FIVE -FOOT SITE YARD SETBACK AS <br />REQUESTED BY LEE ROSSOW FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />3165 SPRUCE STREET BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT AS <br />OUTLINED BY CITY PLANNER IN HIS REPORT DATED APRIL 7, <br />2011 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP — Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application made <br />3167 SPRUCE by Lee Rossow for Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage, <br />STREET — including storage containers, on property located at 3167 Spruce Street. <br />ROSSOW It was noted that the City Planner and the Planner Commission have <br />recommended approval. <br />The presentation for this proposal was included in considering the CUP <br />and Variance request for 3165 Spruce Street. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Boss, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -85 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE, INCLUDING STORAGE <br />CONTAINERS, AS REQUESTED BY LEE ROSSOW FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3167 SPRUCE STREET SUBJECT TO <br />13 <br />
