RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING FOR HEARING ON BEAM AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Beam Avenue by street reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, water <br />main, and drainage enhancements, and this report was received by the Council on <br />January 30, 2008, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Beam Avenue in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $ <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the day of <br />February, 2008, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 30th day of January, 2008. <br />Joel R.
