Hanson <br />On May 20, Jeff Kissel, owner Kissell Construction, called to update city staff on the <br />status of 3007 Arcade Street. Mr. Kissell indicated that the initial home buyer backed out <br />of the sale. Kissell Construction then suspended work on the home until another buyer <br />was interested. At this time Mr. Kissell has found another buyer and construction is set <br />to resume shortly. They expect to complete the home by the end of June. <br />City staff has reviewed our current zoning codes and nuisance ordinance to determine if <br />any abatement action could be taken to remove the dumpster since the remainder of the <br />property had been picked up. Staff believes the dumpster can remain on the property and <br />does not constitute a public nuisance at this time. Staff will attempt to work with Kissell <br />Construction to get the dumpster emptied while they complete construction of the home. <br />
