(B) The limits referred to in Section 3406.4 of the Minnesota State Fire Code in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows: No bulk plants shall be permitted within the corporate limits of the City. 2001.050. ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS IN WHICH BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED. The limits referred to in Chapter 38 of the Minnesota State Fire Code and Chapter 58 of the National Fire Protection Association standards, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: No bulk storage of such gases shall be permitted within the corporate limits of the City. 2001.060. ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS IS TO BE PROHIBITED. The limits referred to in Chapter 3304 of the Minnesota State Fire Code and Minnesota State Statute 299F.72- 299F.831, in which storage of explosive and blasting agents is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: No storage of explosives of blasting agents shall be permitted within the corporate limits of the City. 2001.070. ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ROUTES FOR VEHICLES TRANSPORTING EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS. The routes referred to in Chapter 3304 of the Minnesota State Fire Code and Minnesota State Statute 299F.72- 299F.831 for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents are hereby established as follows: Little Canada Road, both East and West, and Edgerton Street, both North and South. No other streets or roads in the City shall qualify for carrying such materials. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
