The overall grading, drainage, and stormwater plan shall be subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer. <br />5. If a subdivision monument sign is proposed by the applicant the location and design <br />shall be provided on a revised site plan. <br />6. As a condition of approval, the applicant shall be required to enter into a <br />development agreement with the City of Little Canada.
